At BRx7, Viking, and RTk5, we stand behind the precision of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns on all hardware and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all technical documentation and components included.
Initiate Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the specific Viking or RTk5 device you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place your electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables and manuals are included, then pack that box inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate protective padding.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your RMA confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
